TECHNICAL QUESTIONNAIRE FOR PHARMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURERS

Overview

Along with the IAFPPQ, the Technical Questionnaire for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (TQPM) forms an important document within the Technical Dossier submitted during tenders.

This questionnaire for pharmaceutical manufacturers must be completed and submitted to UNICEF Supply Division, along with all requested documents attached.

Suppliers should note that since this questionnaire is shared with UNICEF’s Medicine Unit, some questions may not be applicable to Micronutrient products. Clarification has been provided in the Technical Requirements for Micronutrient Products on which questions are most relevant for the product category.

Hence, suppliers are requested to read the three documents in conjunction with one another: IAFPPQ, TQPM and Technical Requirements for Micronutrient Products.
