INTERAGENCY WORKING GROUP FINISHED PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCT QUESTIONNAIRE

Overview

This product questionnaire is mandatory for all suppliers and manufacturers participating in the UNICEF tender process. It covers key areas such as product identification, active pharmaceutical ingredients, the finished pharmaceutical product, safety and efficacy, and concludes with a signature/commitment section. Each section specifies detailed requirements, with the final section listing documents to be submitted as annexes or separately.

The questionnaire facilitates the preliminary evaluation of pharmaceutical manufacturers and ensures that products meet UNICEF's Technical Requirements for Pharmaceutical and Nutrition Products.

Suppliers should note that since this questionnaire is shared with UNICEF’s Medicine Unit, some questions may not be applicable to Micronutrient products. Clarification has been provided in the Technical Requirements for Micronutrient Products on which questions are most relevant for the product category.

Hence, suppliers are requested to read the three documents in conjunction with one another: IAFPPQ, TQPM and Technical Requirements for Micronutrient Products.
